 Jackie is extremely discriminating about the number of clientele in her barn.  Because of this, she can give the attention each of her horses needs in order for them to excel to their full potential. 

Jack MacDonald Stables is a full scale training facility, specializing in huntseat, saddleseat, dressage and sidesaddle.  From ground mannering to breaking and conditioning to showing, each horse receives individual attention and their training progresses only when they are ready for the next step.  Horses are never rushed and enjoy each step of their training.   Owners are taught along with their horses so that they grow together as a team.

 You have the option of just boarding your horse at Jack MacDonald Stables.  Included in board is the use of the indoor arena, outdoor paddocks and cleaning supplies.  In addition to this, your horse would be fed daily and turned out (if requested).

When you have a horse in training, it is likely that you are going to want to show your horse.  Jackie can not only take you to shows, she can show and campaign your horse for you, if desired.  Jackie attends many different shows; from A-rated shows all the way to Nationals.

You and Jackie will discuss what show career you want your horse to have.  Together, you will decide what shows to attend depending on the progress of the horse’s training.

 Lessons are available to everyone from children to adults.  You can learn any type of riding; hunt seat, dressage, saddle seat, and side saddle.   Since riding is an intense activity, Jackie makes sure that each student moves safely to the next phase of their riding only when they are ready.  If you are keeping a horse with Jackie, additional lessons are available if you want to ride more frequently.
